Job Title: System Software Programmer - Project Lead
Location: Hybrid (2 days onsite, 3 days remote) – Candidate must be a
current South Carolina resident (no relocation allowed)

Position Overview: The State of Company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced System Software Programmer - Project Lead for a rebid posting of an incumbent role.
The selected candidate will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing complex software systems within a hybrid work environment.
This is a leadership role with a strong emphasis on .NET development and database-driven architectures.
Key Responsibilities:
Independently design and implement medium to large-scale software systems using .NET architectures.
Lead the development of data-driven applications using N-tier architectures and relational databases.
Collaborate with project stakeholders, developers, and QA teams in an Agile environment.
Guide the successful design and implementation of multiple software components and subsystems.
Maintain high standards of software quality within the team by establishing good practices and habits.
Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code.
