I2X Technologies is seeking a System Test Engineer to support ongoing activities for a customer in Colorado Springs, CO .This position will be on-site and will require an active Secret clearance.


+ The System Test Team conducts the planning and analysis of all ground tests and flight tests in which the program is a participant

+ Ground test types include:

+ Airwise tests, Continuous Developmental Integration (CDI), Integrated Ground Test (GTI), Distributed Ground Test (GTD), cyber tests, Space Domain Awareness (SDA), and pre-flight test HWIL efforts.



+ Flight tests are conducted with pre-determined sensors and shooters.



+ International events are comprised of various ground tests and flight tests.



+ The System Test SME is responsible for the planning of all assigned test events, with emphasis on developing and implementing the test artifacts required for each event:

+ Test objectives- Architectures- Data Item Descriptions- Defense Designs- Sensor Resource Management (SRM) settings- Operational Tasking Data Link (OPTASKLINK), Air Defense Systems Integrator (ADSI) configuration and Forwarding Tables, CDS, TDACS, TRAUT TDACS, Comms Connectivity Matrices, Event Configuration Baseline (ECB)- System Adjustable Parameters (SAPs)/Site-Specific Parameters (SSPs)- BDR and PR applicability- Certification Data Packages


+ The position also provides the following support:

+ Support planning phase reviews and meetings

+ Support customer boards and meetings

+ Support Data Management

+ Interface with developers

+ Support government personnel during event execution phases when requested

+ Support anomaly resolution and troubleshooting

+ Support analysis group

+ Support Failure Review Boards (FRBs)



Qualifications


+ Emerging authority typically with an advanced degree and 7+ years experience or bachelors with 9+ years experience or equivalent

+ Active Secret clearance

+ Technical knowledge including sensors, shooters, command and control systems, and networks

+ Prior integration and test experience

+ Self-starter with good communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills and an ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment with the government customer as well as personnel internal and external to the program- Some prior experience on the C2BMC program in any capacity preferred

Hearing requirements include conversation in both quiet and noisy environments.

Lifting may require floor to waist, waist to shoulder, or shoulder to overhead movement of up to 20 pounds.

This position demands tolerance for various levels of mental stress.
