**Clearance Requirement:** Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information; **Active Top-Secret/SCI Clearance required.**
Responsibilities
+ Administer both developmental and operational environments for **global, mission-critical systems** .
+ Manage all aspects of **complex physical security backend systems** , including:
+ Network administration
+ Operating system configuration
+ Hardware and software management
+ Ensure systems meet **stringent service level agreements (SLAs)** for mission uptime.
+ Provide **Tier 3 technical support** for complex system and network issues related to physical security systems.
+ Collaborate and communicate effectively with:
+ Team members and mission stakeholders
+ Customers, manufacturers, vendors, and technical specialists
+ Analyze system performance and functional requirements to **develop and maintain large-scale enterprise system architectures** .
+ Implement and manage **system management and software deployment tools** to automate system administration.
+ Configure and utilize **system health monitoring tools** to perform:
+ Preventative and predictive maintenance
+ System backups
+ Error log aggregation and monitoring
+ Database size and integrity checks
+ Prepare and maintain **detailed system documentation** , including:
+ System architecture and configuration
+ Change requests
+ Configuration baselines using system management tools
Qualifications
+ Requires a bachelor's degree in a technical discipline with 5+ years of experience or 3+ with a Master's degree or 8+ years of experience with an Associates degree or HS Diploma or GED with 10+ years of experience
+ 2+ years of relevant work experience providing system administration to Elastic and or Linux based systems.
+ Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements, including U.S. Citizenship, for access to classified information; **Active Top-Secret/SCI Clearance required.**
+ Requires IAT Level 2
