The Tactical Networks Program Office (PMW 160), within Program Executive Office (PEO) Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I), provides cyber secure, accredited, and reliable integrated local and wide area networks (WANs) and foundation computing systems to support Navy, joint, and coalition forces across geographically dispersed locations.

These networks enable critical command and control capabilities.

PMW 160 comprises four divisions: Consolidated Afloat Networks and Enterprise Services (CANES), Future Capabilities, Platform Application Services (PAS), and Wide Area Networks (WAN).

Noblis is seeking **System Administrators (Multiple Levels), with a TS/SCI clearance,** to administer and support daily operational requirements of computer network systems including workstation, file servers, and web servers.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Installation of hardware, software, systems upgrades, network accounts, network security, and web page design, interface and updates, and local system design documentation.
+ Maintain, troubleshoot, and implement network security tools including firewalls, anti-virus, and intrusion detection services.
+ Train staff on software applicable to their position, assist customers with information technology, monitor system configuration (hardware and software).
+ Provide help desk support to users in resolving accounts, recovery of data and maintaining security
+ Loading operating systems, including Windows, Solaris, Unix and Linux.
+ Develop active directory user accounts, proxy servers, and account management
+ Create basic scripts to lock down systems using PowerShell, Ansible or other scripting language
+ Install new equipment including servers, workstations and storage and peripheral devices such as printers, monitors and keyboards

Required Qualifications

+ **TS/SCI clearance required**
+ Experience in system administration, network administration, or a related IT field
+ Administer server-side technology and networked computing systems
+ Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
+ Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
+ Project management and organizational skills to manage tasks and meet deadlines
+ U.S. Citizenship required

**J** **unior Level** (Compensation $73,200 - $114,375)

+ Bachelor's or master's degree with 3+ years of experience providing technical support in operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking, and security, along with experience in system maintenance and troubleshooting.
+ Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems
+ OR associate's degree with 6 years of experience.
+ OR high school degree with 9 years of experience.

**Mid-Level** (Compensation $80,500 - $125,800)

+ Master's degree with 7 years of experience providing technical support in operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking, and security, along with experience in system maintenance and troubleshooting.
+ Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems
+ OR bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience.
+ OR associate's degree with 13 years of experience.
+ OR high school degree with 16 years of experience.

**Senior Level** (Compensation $97,400-152,225)

+ Master's degree with 10 years of experience providing technical support in operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking, and security, along with experience in system maintenance and troubleshooting.
+ Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Systems
+ OR bachelor's degree with 12 years of experience.
+ OR associate's degree with 15 years of experience.
+ OR high school degree with 18 years of experience.

Desired Qualifications

+ Navy programs for both surface and submarines

+ Experience with CANES and ADNS

+ Experience in developing new capabilities

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws.

The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status.

For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked.

While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis’ total compensation package.

USD $75,000.00 - USD $117,225.00 /Yr.
