We are seeking a highly experienced Systems Admin SME to provide Tier I & II problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution for complex IT systems, as well as technical assistance to computer system users.
As a Systems Administrator SME, you will play a critical role in delivering engineering services for complex network infrastructure and enterprise computing infrastructure, including end-point devices, data center hosted servers, multi-Cloud services, virtualized applications, and storage systems.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
We are actively seeking candidates with a minimum of 16 years' experience, and a range of skill levels from basic to advanced.
Bachelor's or Master's Degree are preferred in one or more of the disciplines described below where specific skills may include the following:
+ Provide Tier I & II problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution or escalate to Engineering team
+ Answer questions or resolve server-related problems for clients via telephone or using remote access tools
+ Provide assistance concerning the use of server hardware, installed software applications, and operating systems
+ Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems, including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution
+ Travel to non-warzone areas up to 10% of the time is required
+ Create and maintain system documentation, standard operating procedures, and system guides
+ Deliver hardware to sites in WMA
+ Provide close support problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution, or escalate to Tier II onsite troubleshooting
+ Investigate and resolve customer problems
+ Provide technical assistance to computer system users
+ Address trouble tickets in a timely fashion
+ Create requests for support via ServiceNow
+ Support asset management tracking of inventory
+ Train new users
+ Document problems and troubleshooting efforts in ticket processing database
+ Strong knowledge of:Active DirectoryMicrosoft OfficeWindows Server 2016-2021Microsoft Windows Server operating system build processes and tools
+ Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
+ Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Extensive experience or training related to a particular skill, language, system, or technology.Capable of not only delivering a capability tied to that skill, but passing their knowledge on to others.
**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.
However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
