**Job Description:**

US Battlefield Information Collection and Exploitation System eXtended (US BICES-X) is a cutting edge program supporting DoD intelligence information sharing on current and emerging global threats to mission and coalition partners and emerging nations.

With an internationally dispersed team supporting each combatant command, the US BICES-X team is in direct support of the war fighter and their missions.

We are seeking a creative and driven professional with a passion for solving real world issues on a cross-functional, fast paced team.

**Responsibilities:**

+ Manages the functionality and efficiency of a group of computers running on one or more operating systems.
+ Maintains the integrity and security of systems.
+ As required, supports users with completing requests for deployment of new services.
+ Maintains system documentation
+ Makes recommendations to purchase hardware and software, coordinates installation and provides backup recovery.
+ Develops and monitors policies and standards for allocation related to the use of computing resources.
+ Adheres to the principles, methods, and techniques used in system administration and support.
+ Maintains/enhances knowledge of related hardware and software.
+ Will occasionally be required to perform networks, DTS, information assurance and logistics duties.
+ May be required to work outside of “normal” work hours to include weekends and holidays.

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent combination of education, technical
+ 10+ years of directly related experience in systems administration and analysis
+ Must possess and maintain a US Top Secret/SCI Security Clearance.
+ Must have a valid passport for international travel..
+ Experience with Server STIGs, patching, Tenable, ACAS, SCCM, and IAVA vulnerabilities.
+ Experience with Group Policy, and Windows PowerShell.
+ Experience with Multiple OS’ and Scripting Languages
+ Must demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of related hardware and software
+ Windows 10 Certification within 90 days.
+ Must meet DOD 8750 requirements and be eligible for IAT level II access upon hire for positions with elevated privileges and must obtain ITIL V4 Foundation within six months of hire.

Additional specific certifications may be required, depending on job assignment.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Experience with the principles, methods, and techniques used in Microsoft Server 2016 administration, troubleshooting and support.
+ Experience with Server STIGs, patching, testing, security controls, Tenable, ACAS, SCCM/WSUS, and IAVA vulnerabilities.
+ Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and Windows PowerShell.
+ Experience with, Exchange, SharePoint, SQL, and Chat technologies.
+ Experience with VMWare vCenter, VMware Horizon VDI, and other virtualization technologies.
+ Experience with managing, monitoring, and responding to key server infrastructure alerts.
+ Completed CCNP Routing and Switching or CCNP Enterprise
+ Completed JNCIP-ENT

#DefenseOCONUS

The likely salary range for this position is $121,680 - $140,300.

This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary.

Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
