The Systems Engineering team at Teledyne Controls is seeking a forward-thinking engineer with a passion for driving innovation across the full product lifecycle—from concept through certification and entry into service.
In this role, you’ll shape system architectures, define product requirements, lead trade studies, and guide integration, verification, and validation efforts.
You’ll contribute to both R&D initiatives and the evolution of our in-service platforms, including wireless data transfer, data acquisition, and networked avionics systems for commercial aircraft.
Success in this role requires a hands-on technical mindset paired with strong project leadership.
Clear, confident communication across engineering, quality, manufacturing, and executive teams is essential.

Salary Range:
$90,800.00-$121,100.000Pay Transparency
The anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
Actual compensation for successful candidates is carefully determined based on several factors including, but not limited to, location, education/training, work experience, key skills, and type of position.
