Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) is seeking a **Systems Engineer Test (Integrator)** / **Principal Systems Engineer Test (Integrator)** for their **Aurora, CO** location.

As a part of the Systems Engineering Integration & Test (SEIT) team, an Integration & Test engineer gains an understanding of the Systems Engineering process across a product's lifecycle and gains a full appreciation for how the systems operate.

Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to complete tasks with little direction and oversight.

They will be an effective communicator and problem solver who is able to develop and maintain good working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and customers.

This candidate will demonstrate a commitment to ethics and integrity.

The integrator position includes 25% or more travel during site integration, but limited travel otherwise.

This position may be filled at a higher job grade based on the qualifications listed below.

This requisition may be filled as either a Systems or Principal Systems Engineer Test (Integrator).

**Basic Qualifications for a Systems Engineer Test (Integrator):**

+ Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience or 0 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree.

An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
+ Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph required at time of application
+ Experience writing test plans and procedures,
+ Experience using CONOPs and operational scenarios as the basis for the test procedure,
+ Experience with debugging and integrating COTs and custom software together with computer hardware on both Linux and Windows OS

**Basic Qualifications for a Principal Systems Engineer Test (Integrator):**

+ Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience; 3 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree; 0 years of relevant experience with a PhD.

An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
+ Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph required at time of application
+ Experience writing test plans and procedures,
+ Experience using CONOPs and operational scenarios as the basis for the test procedure,
+ Experience with debugging and integrating COTs and custom software together with computer hardware on both Linux and Windows OS

**Preferred Qualifications:**

+ Command and Control of ground equipment experience
+ Understanding of Agile organizations and the Agile process
+ CONUS and OCONUS deployment experience (execution of integration test activities in System Integration Labs (SILs) or offsite locations)
+ Enterprise level testing experience

Primary Level Salary Range: $81,300.00 - $121,900.00

Secondary Level Salary Range: $100,300.00 - $150,500.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.

Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.

In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
