These are large, industrial systems—safety, reliability, and electrical know-how are at the core.

Either way, you'll work on technologies that are scaling and enhancing products used in the manufacture of large-scale aerospace structures.

Why Join

  • Impactful Work: Take projects from concept through commissioning on the factory floor.

  • Ownership & Growth: Junior engineers lead smaller projects;senior engineers take on larger, more complex initiatives.

  • Strong Benefits & Stability: ESOP, comprehensive healthcare, development programs, and the resources of a global leader.

What You'll Do

  • Electrical & Controls: Design and document electrical/control systems;research and select sensors, motion/position devices, and safety systems;troubleshoot electromechanical issues with test equipment.

  • Robotics Integration: Work hands-on with large industrial robotic systems, ensuring safe operation and seamless integration into production environments.

  • Safety Design: Develop high-level block diagrams and safety concepts for systems operating around technicians.

  • Commissioning: Set up and deploy systems in-house and at customer sites (domestic/international), including installation, troubleshooting, and training.

  • PLC & HMI (Nice to Have): Contribute to PLC/HMI programming (Siemens exposure valued, not required).

What You'll Bring

  • Education: BS in Robotics, Systems, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related field (advanced degrees welcome).

  • Experience:

  • 1–4 years in industrial automation/controls with strong fundamentals and hands-on robotics exposure.

                                    OR

  • 5–9+ years with proven ability to own projects, prioritize, and deliver solutions with minimal guidance.

  • Mindset: Comfortable leading projects without every detail defined;proactive in asking questions and driving solutions.

  • Technical Skills: Hands-on with schematics, wiring, panel work, test equipment;experience with industrial robots (not consumer-grade).

  • Eligibility: US Person (citizen or permanent resident).
