Qualifications

  • Experience managing sales and operations at a multi-unit level.

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field and/or equivalent work experience.

  • Business analysis skills along with in-depth retail experience.

  • Strong focus on customer and quality.

  • Excellent communications and influencing skills.

  • 2–4 years sales and operational experience
  • 2–4 years people management experience
  • 1–3 years T-Mobile multi-unit management experience
  • 2+ years Wireless Retail Experience
  • 1+ years Project Management
