Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid – 1–2 days onsite/week)
Job Type: Full-time

About the Role

As the Manager of Talent Operations at Baylor Scott & White Health, you will lead strategic initiatives that enhance the efficiency, scalability, and impact of our Talent function.

You’ll drive process improvements, manage key vendor relationships, and lead a team focused on delivering a seamless candidate and employee experience.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of Talent, Operations, and Project Management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead operational improvements across Talent processes, systems, and programs.
  • Manage vendor relationships and evaluate solutions to support recruiting effectiveness.
  • Partner with HRIS and other stakeholders to optimize the talent tech ecosystem.
  • Oversee programs such as employee referral, relocation, sign-on bonuses, and recruiter compensation.
  • Drive change management and communication for system/process updates.
  • Lead the creation and automation of Talent reporting, including the Monthly Operating Review (MOR).
  • Analyze recruitment capacity, hiring manager feedback, and team performance.
  • Support annual budgeting and provide ongoing spend analysis.
  • Manage and develop a team of Project Managers and Talent Coordinators.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, HR systems, and process improvement.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and leading teams.
  • Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and vendor management.
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HRIS, ATS, and recruitment marketing tools.
  • Familiarity with LEAN, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
