Victor 12 is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) with a mission-driven focus providing innovative training and IT support to Federal agencies, including the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA).

    Important Requirements
  • Background Check: All candidates must pass a background investigation, including FBI fingerprint check, and provide “identity-proofed” verification through authentication of two forms of Government-issued identification.

  • PIV Card Eligibility: Candidates must be eligible to obtain a Personal Identity Verification (PIV) card to support Federal clients.

  • Work Hours: Candidates must be available to work according to established East Coast hours in a distraction-free remote environment.
  • Foreign Degrees: Degrees earned outside the United States must be evaluated by a recognized credential evaluation service to confirm equivalency to U.S. standards.
