Teaching Assistant/Teacher Aide
Albertson,NY


JANUARY 2020

Responsibilities:

The Teaching Assistant / Teacher Aide will provide support to classroom teachers and students.

Provide individual support to students on a consistent basis by assisting students in successfully learning the daily lesson objectives, assisting in note-taking strategies, and reiterating previously learned lessons, if necessary.

Assist in the overall well being of students.

Must also be flexible in assisting students with feeding needs.

Additional responsibilities may be required.

Qualifications and Education:

New York State Teaching Assistant Certification preferred.

Must be able to lift and transfer.
