Aqua Security is looking to hire a Technical Account Manager to support Aqua’s most technically complex, strategic customers.
You will be the trusted advisor and primary technical contact, ensuring successful product adoption, driving value realization, and fostering customer loyalty.
A confident “customer first” attitude is required to work through challenges, support technical complexities, and influence stakeholders.
You will be asked to develop and execute strategic account plans, joint success plans, QBRs, and be the advocate for the customer internally while focusing on a positive customer experience.
This person will become a subject matter expert and do the following:
Accelerate customers to full adoption by continuously improving their experience through proactive engagements.Act as a technical project manager, ensuring customers meet their desired outcomes and escalating issues when necessaryDevelop and execute Joint Success Plans (JSPs) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) aligned with customer goalsDeliver enablement sessions, including onboarding, demos of new features, and best practicesIdentify and collaborate on upsell and expansion opportunitiesAssist with technical escalations and mitigate account risksMentor internal teams by sharing technical expertisePartner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to influence product improvements. Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or a related technical field6+ years in TAM, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Customer Success for enterprise customersTechnical Expertise in cloud security, container security, DevOps practices, and SDLC principlesHands-on knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and Kubernetes ecosystem.Proven experience in technical solution design, implementation, and performance optimizationProficiency in scripting/programming languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Terraform) for automation and troubleshootingAbility to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for both technical and business stakeholdersExperience using a CRM tool such as PlanHat, Gainsight, Catalyst, etc.Ability to work in a dynamic team-oriented environment and tackle customer challenges/requirementsStrong attention to detail and quality of workStrong problem solving, time management and analytical skillsAbility to travel domestically up to 20%, and occasionally internationallyIf you’re ready for an exciting opportunity to dive into the hottest cybersecurity category, now is the perfect time to join Aqua!
