As a Technical AI Engineer, Developer for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:
- Designing, building, and iterating on intelligent automation solutions using GPT models, Power Platform tools, Copilot Studio, and enterprise AI frameworks.
- Developing and deploying AI applications, chatbots, or workflow automations that enhance productivity and streamline business operations.
- Creating and managing infrastructure to support continuous model training, deployment, monitoring, and optimization.
- Integrating automation and AI solutions across cloud-based systems, Power Platform environments, and enterprise data frameworks.
- Applying best practices in compliance, governance, and data security across all automation and AI initiatives.
- Partnering cross-functionally with engineering, design, and product teams to translate business challenges into scalable, intelligent solutions.
- Testing and validating solutions for performance, accuracy, and real-world reliability, ensuring they align with business and end-user needs.
- Documenting technical processes and learnings to support transparency, maintainability, and continuous improvement across teams.

Requirements
You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python for API and application development.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure AI Studio, AI Foundry, or related services.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, version control (Git), and software engineering best practices.
- Front-end development experience using React, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, and modern build tools (e.g., Webpack, Vite).
- Familiarity with LLMs, prompt engineering, and integrating AI models into business workflows.
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, security, and data protection principles.
You might also have:
- Experience with multi-agent frameworks (e.g., Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, LangChain, CrewAI).
- Exposure to MLOps, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
- Experience with Power Platform, Microsoft Graph API, or enterprise system integrations.
- Familiarity with Fluent UI, Coherence, or other design systems.
- Understanding of AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI principles.

The compensation for this position is tailored to reflect your unique skill set, relevant experience, and the current dynamics of the job market.
We strive to ensure that our compensation package is competitive and fair, taking into account various factors to provide a rewarding opportunity for our team members.
The annual salary range for this role is: 150,000 - 200,000 in addition to our comprehensive benefits package.
