+ Industry/domain Technology Agnostic (PeopleSoft, Oracle, API integration, AWS Redshift)

+ Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft, especially Campus Solutions and Financial Aid modules.



+ Exposure to cloud technologies - AWS and Redshift.

Job Description

+ The work will be mostly structured.

For the most part, there will be clear projects and key stakeholders identified upfront.



+ As the Business Analyst digs into the work, they may encounter some subprocesses where ownership isn’t clear, but overall about 75% of the work will be structured, with roughly 25% involving some ambiguity requiring navigation.



+ The person will be included in early meetings to understand desired outcomes and will be well-prepped.



+ This role needs someone who is proactive, someone who can reach out to stakeholders and introduce themselves, even before a formal introduction is scheduled.

That way, the Business Analyst can start building relationships and moving things forward.



+ Non-Negotiable - This role requires someone with initiative and flexibility.



+ The Business Analyst should be able to think on their feet.

They may need to proactively engage stakeholders and navigate ambiguity when needed.



Work Environment
Time Allocation:

+ 35% engaging with technical stakeholders to diagnose needs and build requirements

+ 35% collaborating with business stakeholders to understand processes and define solutions

+ 30% focused on documentation, presentations, and process optimization.



Qualifications:

+ Knows when to engage stakeholders and proactively initiate tasks without waiting for direction.



+ Can pivot seamlessly between business needs and technical requirements.



+ Communicates effectively across all levels—from executives to technical peers.



+ Models best practices and inspires others through example, not formal instruction.



+ Possesses strong technical and business acumen.



+ Proven experience working with technical stakeholders to diagnose needs and build clear, actionable requirements.



+ Strong ability to understand business processes and map workflows across systems and teams.



+ Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft, especially Campus Solutions and Financial Aid modules.



+ Familiarity with API integration and understanding of how systems communicate across platforms.



+ Exposure to cloud technologies, particularly AWS and Redshift.



+ Working knowledge of Oracle databases and related enterprise systems.



+ Excellent documentation skills and ability to translate complex technical flows into clear business language.



+ Comfortable navigating ambiguity and assigning ownership where needed.



+ Strong communication and collaboration skills across executive, technical, and peer levels.




Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00/hr.
