In This Role, You Will: As a Technical Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering seamless integration solutions for Cvent’s clients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead integration projects from kickoff to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.Gather and translate customer requirements into technical specifications, system architectures, and high-quality technical documentation.Guide customers through the integration lifecycle—including discovery, design, deployment, and support—using Cvent APIs, webhooks, and integration tools.Provide technical guidance and hands-on troubleshooting for integration issues and escalations.Act as a trusted advisor, communicating with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams throughout the project.Deliver integration demos, training, and documentation for clients and internal teams.Stay current on Cvent’s evolving products, services, and integration capabilities, proactively sharing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Here's What You Need:To excel as a Technical Consultant, candidates should have the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent professional experience.Minimum of 3 years’ experience in professional services, sales engineering, or similar high-tech B2B roles.Strong proficiency in project management, business analysis, and system design methodologies and tools.Exceptional attention to detail, ownership mentality, and advanced problem-solving skills.Highly organized, with the ability to manage project plans across multiple complex initiatives.Solid understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and webhooks.Hands-on experience with integration middleware and API testing tools such as Bruno and curl.Formal project management training or certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.We are not able to offer sponsorship for this position
