Technical Helpdesk Representative - MICHIGAN ONSITE Job Opening In Auburn Hills – Now Hiring DXC Technology

**Job Description:**

**Key Responsibilities**

**Provide technical assistance to users via phone and other communication channels.**

**Log and track customer inquiries using a problem management database, maintaining detailed records and documentation.**

**Identify, evaluate, and prioritize customer issues to ensure prompt resolution.**

**Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues, escalating complex problems as needed.**

**Assist in vehicle programming support and IT system troubleshooting.**

**Follow established escalation processes and develop follow-up steps for unresolved issues.**

**Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through timely and professional communication.**

**Mandatory Requirements**

**All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future**

**Education: High school diploma or GED.**

**Experience:**

**2+ years of IT technical support experience.**

**Strong understanding of computer hardware, networking, and software troubleshooting.**

**Ability to diagnose and repair PC hardware and network components.**

**Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment.**

**Excellent communication and organizational skills.**

**Strong commitment to attendance and reliability.**



**Preferred Qualifications**

**Knowledge of LAN/WAN IT infrastructure.**

**Experience in IT or automotive systems.**

**Certifications such as CompTIA A+.**

**Familiarity with Windows OS and Microsoft Office.**

**Work Schedule:**

**Ability to work first and second shifts, including occasional Saturdays.**
