Job Description:


This role involves providing technology consulting services for litigation and dispute resolution matters.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-day execution of projects, collaborating with client personnel, internal colleagues, and professionals from other firms.

A central component of this role is the application of accounting, financial, and analytical skills to a variety of client situations.

You will be tasked with designing and implementing sophisticated database models to resolve disputes and utilizing advanced forensic and data mining tools to recover, sort, and organize large volumes of electronic data for investigations.

You will also be responsible for maintaining meticulous records of your methodologies and data sources.

This position requires not only technical proficiency but also the ability to prepare and deliver written analyses, reports, and presentations to clients and third parties, effectively communicating the project scope and results of your work.


Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.

  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in technology, with a strong focus on complex data analysis and electronic discovery.

  • Superior quantitative analysis skills in data and statistical, financial and economics, mathematical and engineering or other scientific background.
  • Preferred Skills:

  • A background in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, MIS, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering.

  • Demonstrated expertise in database design and implementation.

  • Experience with forensic and data mining tools.

  • Proficiency with SQL, SharePoint, SAS, Visual Basic, or C#.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • A solid understanding of the litigation process.

  • A client-service-oriented mindset.
