We are seeking a passionate and driven Technical Product Manager to join our team focused on revolutionizing the Bloomberg Terminal experience with cutting-edge generative AI solutions.

In this role, you will define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for AI-powered features that empower our users to make faster, smarter, and more informed decisions.

You will achieve this by fostering strong collaboration across diverse teams to bring innovative solutions to life.

**We’ll trust you to**

+ Deeply Understand User Needs: Conduct thorough user research, leveraging domain product owners, subject-matter experts, client interviews, and data analysis to identify unmet needs and opportunities for generative AI to enhance the Bloomberg Terminal experience.
+ Drive Product Strategy: Help define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Bloomberg’s conversational, generative AI solutions, ensuring alignment with Bloomberg's overall product strategy and business objectives.
+ Align Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with Product and UX teams to translate user needs into detailed product specifications and prioritize development efforts with Engineering.

Build consensus with multiple teams across Product, CTO, Data, and Engineering to deliver user-centric, multi-faceted solutions.
+ Champion Product Quality: Establish rigorous quality assurance processes and metrics to ensure the accuracy, reliability, and performance of AI-powered features.
+ Monitor and Analyze Performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product adoption, user engagement, and client satisfaction to measure the success of generative AI solutions and identify areas for improvement.
+ Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously monitor advancements in generative AI and related technologies to identify new opportunities and maintain Bloomberg's competitive advantage.

**You’ll need to have**

+ 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering successful data-driven products
+ A demonstrated ability to quickly grasp complex domains (analogous to finance) to uncover nuanced client needs
+ Knowledge of generative AI concepts, capabilities, and limitations, and in general machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP) technologies
+ Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
+ Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field (e.g., Product Management, Computer Science, UX, Finance)

**We’d love to see**

+ Prior experience in delivering genAI-based experiences and applications successfully, including across desktop and mobile platforms
+ Familiarity with shared ownership and collaboration required to deliver products in large tech organizations
+ Strong understanding of the financial domain and the needs of Bloomberg Terminal users
+ Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Python/R, SQL, Tableau/Power BI)

Salary Range = 140000 - 295000 USD Annually + Benefits + Bonus

The referenced salary range is based on the Company's good faith belief at the time of posting.

Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as geographic location, work experience, market conditions, education/training and skill level.
