Duration: 7 months contract(Hybrid)

Job Description:

  • As a Technical Product Manager (UX/Product Design), you will focus on tooling and workflow integrations that support design and development teams.

You will be responsible for driving adherence and adoption of tools and integrations, while working closely with creative teams, designers, researchers, and technical UX designers.

Your role will ensure that the solutions you deliver are not only technically sound but also intuitive, efficient, and aligned with the needs of diverse user groups.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead product definition in close collaboration with engineers, PgMs, UX, creative teams, designers, researchers, and technical UX designers during product design and development.

  • Get to know our users: work directly with top partners and collaborate with user research, creative teams, and designers to deeply understand our diverse designer and developer base and establish your perspective on opportunities to have the greatest impact.

  • Define the overall vision, strategy, and resulting roadmap for tooling and integrations, incorporating input from researchers, technical UX designers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

  • Drive the day-to-day prioritization and execution of development sprints, ensuring smooth coordination between technical and creative stakeholders.

  • Lead and harmonize processes to define, identify, collect, and track appropriate product metrics (quantitative and qualitative) for new or existing initiatives, including defining success measures aligned with organizational goals.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional (XFN) teams—including designers, researchers, and creative collaborators—to develop a robust go-to-market (GTM) approach for integrating tools and products into workflows across client.

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management or a related technical role (preferably within UX, product design, or developer tooling domains).

  • 2+ years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch, including defining requirements, managing roadmaps, and executing GTM strategies.

  • Strong understanding of UX and product design workflows, with demonstrated experience partnering with creative teams, designers, researchers, and technical UX designers.

  • Proven ability to translate user needs into clear technical requirements and product features.

  • Experience leading cross-functional teams (engineering, UX, research, and program management) in fast-paced environments.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience defining and tracking success metrics for product adoption and performance.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences.
