**Job Description**

+ Experience as a Technical Program Manager or in a similar technical project management role
+ Strong technical background with a deep understanding of software development systems engineering andor IT infrastructure Experience managing
+ complex multidisciplinary projects and leading cross functional teams to successful completionExpertise in project management methodologies such as Agile Scrum or Waterfall with the ability to adapt to different team needs
+ Ability to create and manage detailed data conversion project schedules resource plans and risk management strategies
+ Excellent communication with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for nontechnical stakeholders
+ Strong problem-solving with a focus on practical and scalable solutionsDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast paced dynamic environment and manage competing priorities
+ Research and properly evaluate sources of information to determine possible limitations in reliability or usability
+ Prepare detailed reports for management and other departments by assessing and interpreting data
+ Train assistants and other members of the team how to properly organize findings and read data collected

The base salary range for the tagged location is $100000 - $130000 / year.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission.

Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.

Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.

The amount and availability of any bonus, commission, or any other form of compensation that are allocable to a particular employee remains in the Company's sole discretion unless and until paid and may be modified at the Company’s sole discretion, consistent with the law.
