The Core NPI TPM team at eero is looking for an experienced Software Technical Program Manager.
As a TPM, you will be collaborating closely with the existing software teams located in Taipei, Taiwan.
A Technical Program Manager is a creative problem solver, working across teams, partnering with stakeholders, gathering requirements, and demonstrating experience driving teams across the rapidly growing fleet of eero devices.
You create customer value by developing features working with cross-functional Firmware, Mobile, Cloud and Data teams.

Key job responsibilities
- Work with key stakeholders in product management and executive teams to define strategy and requirements
- Lead cross-functional development on new technology from design through delivery for eero’s next-generation wifi products
- Work with remote teams to deliver supporting software and services in sync with launch timelines
- Communicate regularly with senior management on status, risks and change control
- Communicate regularly with hardware team, software team, and CM vendors regarding program/project schedule and releases, help to highlight risks and remove obstacles
- Drive efficient planning, execution, and track program/project status by tools on daily basis
- Generate schedules, program/project reports regularly for board audiences to understand the status and risk
- Host program/project meetings, lead to conclusion, provide meeting minutes, and track action items for the team.
- Lead team retrospectives that maximize learning.
Incorporate improvements into our development processes and apply them to future programs.
Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum
A day in the life
eero is a small and lean team.
This means you'll enjoy an outsized impact and the benefit of having many different responsibilities.
All within a day you’ll work across Engineering, Product and CX teams to track and deliver new or improve existing customer/product features.
You'll work with stakeholders and engineers to clarify requirements, create schedules, track project status, communicate with hardware team and CM vendors, and solve problems to ensure product delivery.
You will have flexibility on exactly what your day to day will look like.
