This role follows a **hybrid work model** , requiring **on-site presence at our Redmond campus three days a week** .
**Responsibilities**
Program Leadership & Strategy:
+ Drive end-to-end program execution across engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, AI-enhanced solutions.
+ Identify and manage risk, lead change management efforts, and remove roadblocks ensuring high quality and on-time delivery.
+ Define and manage technical roadmaps, sprint planning, and delivery milestones using agile methodologies and tools, like Azure DevOps (ADO).
+ Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements and success metrics (OKRs, KPIs), ensuring alignment with FD&E’s strategic goals.
AI & Data-Driven Innovation:
+ Partner with engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities (e.g., generative AI, cognitive services, ML models) into data platforms, analytics tools, and applications.
+ Champion and use telemetry, usage analytics, and customer feedback to inform product decisions and improve user experiences.
+ Promote a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.
Encourage and drive within the team to develop creative solutions to complex problems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
+ Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders within finance, engineering and business teams to ensure cohesive, customer-centric solutions.
+ Lead change management, evangelization, and user education efforts to maximize adoption and impact of platforms and solutions.
Technical Execution & Governance:
+ Architect right-sized solutions using modern cloud and data technologies (e.g., cloud data lakes, analytics platforms, visualization tools).
+ Ensure delivery quality through robust documentation, support readiness, and continuous process improvement.
+ Monitor product/service performance and drive improvements in supportability, compliance, and accessibility.
+ Stay up to date with technologies and trends to ensure solutions delivered are cutting-edge and world-class.

**Qualifications**
Required Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 2+ years experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
+ 1+ year(s) of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
+ 1+ year(s) of experience in technical program management, engineering, or data analytics.
Preferred Qualifications:
+ Bachelor's Degree AND 4+ years of experience in engineering, product/technical program management, data analysis, or product development OR equivalent experience.
+ 4+ year of experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
+ 1+ year(s) of experience reading and/or writing code (e.g., sample documentation, product demos).
+ Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and AI/ML tools.
+ Strong analytical skills with experience in data modeling, visualization, and reporting (e.g., Power BI, SQL, Python).
+ Proven ability to communicate across technical and non-technical audiences.
Technical Program Management IC3 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $100,600 - $199,000 per year.
There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $131,400 - $215,400 per year.
