Job Description
Job Description: Responsibilities:
- Organize and schedule project activities and monitor project status to ensure timely responses from team members.
- Collaborate closely with the engineering team to collect corrective action and implementation evidence.
- Assess and track Jira tickets, ensuring all evidence is properly uploaded in Jira or Hyperproof (GRC tool).
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams across North America and XX; no travel required, though some meetings may align with IST time zones.
- Work with the Risk Management team and cross-functional partners (Engineering, IT-GRC, Legal, and Privacy) to identify, assess, and manage project risks.
- Define, document, and enhance risk management programs.
- Assist in quarterly security management reviews and board meetings.
- (Optional) Support hardware regulatory compliance efforts with the HW Compliance Manager, ensuring alignment with standards such as CE, CB, and EMC.
- Maintain comprehensive records of compliance activities and certifications.
- Collaborate with Platform Engineering, Supply Chain Operations, and manufacturing partners during NPI development stages.
- Guide on compliance-related issues to internal teams and customers.
Requirement/Must Have:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in Risk Management Programs.
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role in engineering or software products, preferably in the ICT industry.
- Strong project management and organizational skills (PMP certification preferred).
- Proficiency in Smartsheet.
- Experience with Jira and Confluence.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Should Have / Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Hyperproof (GRC tool) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience with hardware compliance, safety, and regulatory reporting (CE, CB, EMC) is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively with global teams across different time zones.
