Responsibilities:

+ Work closely with the engineering and Product Management team to plan the release rollout to production;

+ Manage all releases components within ZOOM product line;

+ Document release process and policy;

+ Work with cross-functional teams to develop and enforce a release checklist;

+ Develop a project plan & track progress across cross-functional teams;

+ Work with cross-functional teams to develop and enforce a release checklist;

+ Manage and escalate project risks and issues as appropriate, and establish success metrics for projects and ensure performance is tracked and measured;

+ Create release dashboard for greater transparency within product & GTM organizations; and

+ Administer JIRA workflow for releases and manage integration with other tools.

What we're looking for:

+ Requires a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Technology Management, a related field, or a foreign equivalent;

+ Must have 4 years of experience in job offered or related occupation;

+ Must have 4 years of experience in Operation deployment including with deployment requirements and dependencies;

+ Must have 4 years of experience in Technical program management on cross-functional projects;

+ Must have 4 years of experience in Software project management; and

+ Must have 4 years of experience in Agile.

+ Telecommuting work arrangement permitted: position may work in various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. No domestic or international travel required.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:


Minimum:
$157,930.00

Maximum:
$228,700.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.




Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.




We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
