**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience in program or technical project management.
+ 5 years of experience managing programs or projects in a global environment specifically focused on Physical Security systems delivery.
+ 5 years of experience managing low-voltage systems project installations and launches for organizations (e.g., networked Security, Building Management, Control Systems).
+ 5 years of experience reading and developing technical documents and drawings related to physical security systems.
+ Ability to travel up to 20% of the time as needed.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant Project or Program Management professional certifications.
+ Experience with security systems deployment at facilities across a wide geographic region (global or multi-regional).
+ Experience developing and using digital dashboards for sharing, communication, and reporting of program/project progress.
+ Experience with the security requirements and operations of third-party data centers (3SC) or large-scale logistics/warehouse environments.
+ Knowledge of plan review, project tracking and reporting, and robust process controls.

You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

As a Technical Program Manager (TPM) Security Delivery, Network Edge and Logistics, you will responsible for the design and implementation of physical security systems across Google Technical Infrastructure's third-party network and edge (3SC) facilities, as well as the global warehouses and service centers.

You will have experience in program and project management, specifically in the global deployment of networked low-voltage security systems.

You will be the central driver for ensuring security program execution aligns with Google's policies, focusing on optimizing design compliance, driving project efficiency, and continuously improving quality and execution speed across a various, global geography.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

**Responsibilities**

+ Lead partner teams in the review and approval of security designs and specifications to ensure rigorous compliance with Google’s global security standards across 3SC facilities, warehouses, and service centers.
+ Improve the maturity and efficiency of security systems design, project execution processes, and technical specifications, exploring opportunities to increase cost and schedule efficiencies.
+ Collaborate with internal and external partner teams to define, implement, and successfully launch security systems at Google’s global network and logistics sites.
+ Drive strategic initiatives and global programs with peer organizations to identify programmatic improvements for execution speed, cost, and quality, ensure design and specifications meet the overall organizational mission.
