We’re looking for a detail-driven professional with:

  • 2–4 years of hands-on experience in administrative support or project coordination
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Familiarity with project management tools (, Microsoft Project, Planner, JIRA, Planview Pro PPM)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with sharp attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor for engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments
  • Preferred qualifications include:

  • Associate’s degree in business, IT, project management, or related field

    Your Role at a Glance

    As an IT Project Coordinator, you’ll be the central hub connecting internal teams, business partners, vendors, and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

    You’ll support the Technology Department by managing meetings, documentation, and quality assurance activities, while helping drive projects forward with precision and clarity.

    What You’ll Be Doing
  • Project Coordination: Build and maintain project plans and timelines with PMs
  • Meeting Management: Schedule and organize meetings, prepare agendas, and capture minutes
  • Vendor & Stakeholder Liaison: Communicate project requirements and updates clearly and efficiently
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain organized project files, dashboards, and status reports
  • Quality Assurance Support: Contribute to UAT, PVV, QA, and other testing activities
  • Administrative Support: Track KPIs, manage calendars, and assist with ad hoc tasks
  • Safety Compliance: Complete Track Access Safety Training to coordinate vendor work near rail systems
