We want someone who believes in our mission.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>ROLE DESCRIPTION</b></p> <p>Access Global Group is adding experienced Technical Project Managers to lead complex initiatives, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

This role will focus on managing resources, mitigating risks, and aligning business objectives with successful project outcomes across enterprise environments.</p> <p> </p> <p><b>RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p> <ul> <li><b>Leadership & Team Development:</b> Experienced in fostering team cohesion, mentoring staff, and motivating team members to drive performance and collaboration.</li> <li><b>Project Oversight:</b> Adept at managing project timelines, scope, resources, and budgets to ensure successful, on-time delivery.</li> <li><b>Communication & Facilitation:</b> Strong written and verbal communicator, capable of presenting to executives and guiding cross-functional discussions.</li> <li><b>Risk & Issue Management:</b> Skilled in proactively identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks to minimize project disruptions.</li> <li><b>Analytical Thinking:</b> Proficient at analyzing business processes, documenting requirements, and pinpointing gaps between current operations and desired outcomes.</li> <li>Other duties as requested by leadership</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS</b></p> <ul> <li><b>Professional Experience:</b> At least 8 years of experience in related roles, including 3 5 years in consulting or managing complex programs.</li> <li><b>Technical Knowledge:</b> Familiarity with IT methodologies and frameworks such as PMBOK, Agile, and Six Sigma.</li> <li><b>Certifications:</b> Preferred industry credentials include PMP, Agile CSM, or SAFe.</li> <li><b>Industry Exposure:</b> Prior experience in financial services or professional services, particularly enterprise transformation projects.</li> <li><b>Travel Requirements:</b> Position requires travel three days per week to the Tampa, Florida office, with the first five days fully onsite.</li> <li><b>Education:</b> Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>OTHER </b>Must have no other full-time commitments, ready to engage in exciting technical consulting projects with our diverse portfolio of clients.</p> <p><b>BENEFITS </b>For W2 employees, AGG offers the opportunity for growth and advancement, as well as a competitive base salary, medical benefits & 401k.</p> <p> </p> <p><a name="_Hlk205292039"><b>ABOUT ACCESS GLOBAL GROUP (</b></a><a href="http://www.acsgbl.com" style="color:#0563c1; text-decoration:underline" target="_blank"><b>www.acsgbl.com</b></a><b>)</b></p> <ul> <li>Access Global Group is a team of experts in Salesforce Consulting, Support, and Managed Services.
