High expertise in Jira JQL, Dashboards, Confluence/Jira Integration, Smartsheet Expertise, Smartsheet/Jira integration.
Pl Planning-Coaching and Mentoring concepts of planning and dependency mapping
This individual will work with Core Cast PMs. need a supporting PM that is highly Tools expertise but can also facilitate proper use of Jira and Scaled Agile.
Someone that can bring automation and optimization to my YMP Core PM processes
• 7+ years of technical project/program management experience working with technical teams developing enterprise class solutions
• Technical aptitude:
o Understanding of Cloud, APIs, services, database technologies, technologist roles and responsibilities, capabilities & platform dependencies, software development lifecycle, engineering and/or product development
o Influence and negotiation, communication, professional maturity & organizational savvy, relationship building, dependency mapping
o Hands-on experience with practices such as Scaled Agile, Lean, Kanban as well as extensive experience with pragmatic blending of styles to facilitate collaboration and delivery
o Deep understanding of Agile technical practices, DevOps and testing concepts (CI/CD, TDD)
o Significant experience in coaching and mentoring teams on project management practices including Agile, Lean, Kanban, Waterfall
o Excellent ability to understand architectural and technical aspects of projects
o Excellent organizational, communication (written and verbal) and time management skills with attention to detail
o Experience managing large budgets
o Expert level with Jira, and Confluence
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Accounting or equivalent relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
• Technical project management experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification
• Experience in supporting large-scale, global software development programs
• Agile Certifications ie CSM; ACP; CPO; SAFe; LeSS
• Expert level with Smartsheet
• Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Finance, Accounting or related field or equivalent relevant experience.
