Job Description:
This role will act as a partner with our client groups, recruiting business partners, and recruiting team The Senior Recruiter will partner with client groups to advise on candidate pipeline trends, changes with employment landscape, hiring strategy and best practices The Senior Recruiter will be held accountable to managing requisitions from sourcing, screening and qualifying, to offer proposal and generation and following the recruiting process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Full life cycle recruiting supporting hardware and software engineering roles.
• Create robust pipelines while making each candidate feel like they’re the only one you’re talking to.
• Responsible for the entire recruitment process and working within the hiring process Responsibilities include, but not limited to managing candidates in our ATS, preparing a compensation analysis, engaging immigration and our export compliance partners when necessary, to close of candidate.
Requirement:
Required Skills
Minimum of 7 years’ experience as a Technical Recruiter hiring for technical roles.
Knowledge in all complete lifecycle recruiting components, including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.
Required Education A bachelor's degree is preferred Required Years of Experience 7
