JOB DESCRIPTION

Job Overview

This position is primarily responsible for interacting with customers in a call center environment to provide quotes, process sales orders, and respond to customer service needs, including billing and warranty by performing the following duties.

Responsibilities

·Professionally answer incoming calls in a call center environment and efficiently manage customer service inquires.

·Engage directly with customers through multiple channels including telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions.

·Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience.

·Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints with empathy and professionalism.

·Accurately obtain and assess all relevant information to address inquiries and resolve issues.

·Perform thorough customer verifications to ensure security and accuracy.

·Process orders, applications, forms, and service requests efficiently and accurately.

·Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams or resources in a timely manner.

·Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions, transactions, inquiries, comments, complaints, and the actions taken.

·Communicate clearly and collaborate with internal departments to facilitate quick resolution of customer issues.

·Manage product returns and provide customers with timely updates on the status of their requests.

Required Skills / Qualifications / Certifications / Tech Stack 

Essential

·This position is directly accountable for driving parts sales while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

·Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and reading of manuals accurately.

·Skilled in writing routine reports and professional correspondence.

·Effective verbal communication skills for engaging with customers and collaborating with team members in both individual and group settings.

·Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, outlook)

Preferable

·Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; OR

·Three to six months of related CNG experience and/or training; OR

·An equivalent combination of education and experience.
