Technical Services Representative



Job description


Job Description:

Pay Range: $15hr - $20hr

Responsibilities:

  • Answer calls on the 800-line and make outgoing customer calls.

  • Create service requests for repair, preventive maintenance, assist, Depot, and non-repair.

  • Identify and report potential complaints per service order criteria.

  • Dispatch service orders to field staff within required timeframes.

  • Create installation requests and coordinate hardware installation communication.

  • Support the Plasma Business Unit Hotline, including service order completion and rollover notifications.

  • Maintain Depot daily reporting and follow up with customers.

  • Perform data entry for spare service part orders, FOC orders, and delivery complaints.

  • Manage spare part expediting, re-stocking from field trunk stock, and daily SAP part movements.

  • Create and update preventive maintenance plans and equipment master records.

  • Maintain daily SharePoint requests and generate SAP reports.

  • Prepare weekly on-call and vacation schedules.

  • Support technical assistance teams, Hotline, Plasma Business Unit, and other departments.

  • Complete administrative duties and assigned projects.

  • Handle order placement, order processing, reporting, and shipping label creation.

  • Requirement/Must Have:
  • Excellent written, verbal, and typing communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and adapt to shift coverage as needed.

  • Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills.

  • Skills (Required):
  • Agile experience (minimum 2 years).

  • Customer service experience (2+ years).

  • Microsoft Suite (Word and Excel – minimum 1 year).

  • Should Have (Preferred Skills):
  • Case management experience (3+ years).

  • Phone-based support experience (1+ year).

  • SAP experience (a plus but not required).

  • Qualification and Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • DXT Technical Training – Level 1 certification a plus.
