Technical Support Analyst Job Opening In Pittsburgh – Now Hiring Insight Global

Job Description
Day to Day:

Insight Global is seeking IT Support Analysts to sit onsite for a local higher education client.

These candidates would provide support to all IT-related activities, assistance end users, coordination resolutions for end user issues, and follow-up to end user related IT problems and ensure a resolution.
• Provide technical support onsite and over the phone for Customers
• Software and network issues on laptops and desktops
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with software and printers.
• Create and manage tickets
