Responsibilities:
  • Tier 1 Technical support: provide troubleshooting, analysis, and resolution of technical issues
  • Identify operational irregularities and recommend strategies for resolution
  • Provide high-level service delivery through problem identification, diagnosis, tracking, and resolution strategies
Qualifications:
  • Diploma in Computer Systems Technology
  • Minimum of 2 years of directly related experience
  • Preference is given to candidates with certifications such as Microsoft 365 Admin, MCSA, and MCSE
