Act as a go-to resource for complex troubleshooting involving system access, permissions, and data protectionAnalyze logs, system behaviors, and user activity to uncover root causes and offer scalable solutionsCoordinate with engineering, product, and technical support teams to address and escalate critical issuesAssist customers through system deployment, configuration, and compliance with security standardsSupport documentation development and mentor junior team members to enhance support practicesQualifications for the Technical Support Engineer II include:
2+ years of experience in tech support or systems troubleshooting, preferably within enterprise environmentsStrong background in Microsoft Active Directory administrationFamiliar with Windows Server, Microsoft , Outlook, and related tech stacksHands-on knowledge of troubleshooting access and permission-related issues, SQL queries, and diagnosticsExposure to cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCPBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a relevant fieldCompensation for the Technical Support Engineer II:
