Summary:
Provides campus wide support for virtually all client facing information technology systems, including workstations, peripherals, and applications; coordinates projects; assists in the use and support of personal computer installations; implements projects as directed; analyzes, diagnoses and resolves personal computer hardware, operating system, or general application software installation problems; coordinates internal and external staff and equipment to insure timely and accurate installations; identifies needs and assesses the scope of projects.Qualifications:
