Responsibilities:
Document New Products and Features: Work closely with engineering and product teams to create documentation for new product features, API updates, and integrations.
Create Scalable Content: Develop and maintain long-term content strategies that organize and make documentation easily discoverable for developers.
Drive Documentation Quality: Ensure content accuracy and clarity by conducting regular content reviews and maintaining high documentation standards.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work cross-functionally with engineering, product, customer support, and other stakeholders to ensure technical content meets the needs of users and developers.
Advocate for Best Practices: Establish writing standards and best practices for internal and external documentation to ensure consistency and usability.
Contribute to Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in existing content, processes, and tools, and implement enhancements to streamline documentation workflows.

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in Technical Writing, especially within B2B SaaS environments
Strong technical writing skills with a demonstrated ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise documentation
Expertise in API documentation and a deep understanding of software development processes
Proficiency with tools such as Markdown, Git, and JIRA
Experience with modern development workflows and an ability to work within a docs-as-code environment
Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines
Comfortable collaborating with technical teams including developers, engineers, and product managers
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
