**Extended Job Title:**

Technician I

**Position Description:**

Performs minor mechanical and/or analytical duties on various projects.

Work is performed under general guidelines using established procedures and evaluated on results obtained.

**Travel Required:**

Up to 25%

**Major/Essential Functions:**

+ Assist with physical inventory of warehouse.

Enter and transfer items via computer system (TMA).

Ensure that all items are entered into computer system correctly.

Transfer inventory from warehouse inventory to shop inventory or assigned work order.

Inventories warehouse every 90 days to ensure any discrepancies are corrected before the annual inventory.

Prepares complete inventory annually for end of year reporting.
+ Will receive all incoming products.

All items will counted for shipping accuracy and note any shortages.

Items will be put into TMA and placed in the proper location in the warehouse.

All paperwork will be turned into the warehouse foreman in a timely manner.
+ Manages and maintains the warehouse supply.

Responsible for issuing supplies including pulling supply orders for halls and requesting the order of supplies.

All transactions will be done with accuracy.

Creates and submits purchase orders using the Tech Buy System in the absence of the purchasers.
+ Ensures that the warehouse is safe, clean and organized to avoid any unnecessary accidents.

Isles are cleared of clutter to allow proper access.

Any Universal Waste will be labeled and stored in the proper waste area.

M-F: 7:30am-4:30pm; overtime as needed, emergency calls, weekend schedule, move in/out; travel as needed
