Job description

Job Title: Technician - Integration Engineering II - B Shift
Location: Kent, WA

Join our Integration Engineering team to support environmental testing of flight hardware and maintain high-performance systems in a fast-paced aerospace environment.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform hands-on environmental stress screening (thermal, vibration, pressure) on flight hardware per company procedures.
  • Support setup, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of vibration tables, thermal chambers, pressure systems, and DAQ equipment (PTs, TCs, voltage/current mass flow meters).
  • Collaborate with test engineers and management to coordinate daily test activities and ensure schedule alignment.
  • Maintain equipment and workspaces per 5S standards to ensure safe operation of high-throughput systems.
  • Manage multiple test projects simultaneously, configuring setups and instrumentation per test plans.
  • Identify and communicate risks related to cost, schedule, and technical performance.
  • Ensure compliance with documentation, instrumentation standards, and operational protocols.


  • Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • 2–4+ years of environmental test experience (vibration, shock, or spec performance).
  • High school diploma or GED with 3–5 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and scheduling skills.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing/test procedures, DAQ systems, and data analysis.
  • Experience with hydraulic/pneumatic/electronic test equipment, schematics, and Microsoft Office.
  • Physically able to climb ladders/stairs and lift up to 50 lbs.


  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associate or technical degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience with MES, non-conformance systems, ticketing tools, and order scheduling.
  • Skilled in calibrated equipment, GSE/fittings, and instrumentation (e.g., pressure transducers, thermocouples, RTDs, strain gauges, accelerometers, flow meters, load cells, relays, solenoids).
  • Proficient in reading mechanical/electrical schematics and using platforms like National Instruments, Dewesoft, Arduino (LabVIEW/TestStand).
