We take pride in our hard working technicians and the work/effort they put into Subaru of Georgetown everyday, which is why we are offering OEM Master, ASE Masters, and Subaru Master Technicians a $10,000 sign on bonus to show our appreciation for those who have a passion for working on cars and helping customers ensure their vehicle is in the best condition possible!

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:




  • Correctly diagnose driveability issues in a timely manner, the first time




  • Proficient in all aspects of electrical diagnosis




  • Ability to disassemble and correctly reassemble engines, and transmissions




  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment




  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds




  • Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year




  • Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered




  • Provide a 3 year driving record




  • Ability to multitask




  • Work well with team members and advisors




  • Proficient with automotive computer systems (Select Monitor, CDK, Mykaarma, Autopoint MPI, Etc)




  • Great customer service skills and concern for overall customer satisfaction (CSI, OLP, NPS)




  • Have own tools & toolbox - Subaru specialty tools provided




  • Keep a clean workspace




  • Ability to travel to Dallas for overnight training as needed 




Qualifications:




  • Previous Subaru experience required.




  • Previous independent or dealership experience is required.




  • Must be a team player and stay current with online trainings and courses.




  • Sign on bonus available for qualified OEM Master, ASE Masters, and Subaru Master Technicians.




  • Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds




Compensation:




  • $70,000 - $200,000 annually




    • Dependent on experience & certifications




    • Able to earn production bonuses






  • 10K signing bonus for OEM Master, ASE Masters, and Subaru Master Technician Positions*
    *Not eligible for transfers or rehires.
    Paid over the first year of employment. 




Hours of operation include: 




  • Monday - Friday from 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM  




  • Saturday from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
