Urgent! Technology Project Manager Job Opening In USA, USA – Now Hiring Infosys
Job description Infosys is seeking a Technology Project Manager with experience in Java and Oracle.The primary responsibility of this position is to collaborate with key stakeholders and oversee the team’s daily deliverables, assisting in the resolution of technical issues and development activities.
The selected candidate will work closely with the business and Product Owner to prioritize the roadmap and enhance agility.
The role involves promoting Agile values and principles within the team, actively engaging in technical discussions to identify gaps and ensure timely delivery.
Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for preparing status reports and providing weekly updates to stakeholders.Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Addison TX or Charlotte NC or Pennington NJ or be willing to relocate to the area.
This position may require travel to project locations.Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
Infosys is unable to provide immigration sponsorship for this role at this time.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.
Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of educationAt least 7 years of Information Technology experiencePMP or equivalent certificationExperience in Agile methodologies and Project Management.Preferred QualificationsAt least 10 years of experience in Information Technology Space.At least 7 years of experience in Java, Spring boot.Experience in Oracle PL/SQL.Enabling and challenging team members regarding self-organization & commitmentsProven leadership and project management skills.Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.Resolving impediments & engaging others if external blockers.Experience working in Agile environment.Experience in Banking domain.Work with stakeholders on Release Planning, Product Roadmap and prioritization.Strong communication and Analytical skills.Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment.Ability to work in a hybrid model where some teams are in waterfall and some in agile.Estimated annual compensation range for candidate based on Pennington, NJ will beMin - to Max -.Along with competitive pay, as a full-time Infosys employee you are also eligible for the following benefits: -Medical/Dental/Vision/Life Insurance.Long-term/Short-term Disability.Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts.Insurance (Accident, Critical Illness, Hospital Indemnity, Legal).(k) plan and contributions dependent on salary level.Paid holidays plus Paid Time OffThe job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time.
