**Job Description:**

CACI is seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on, and productive Telemetry / RF / Starlink / Starshield Engineer to join our team.

In this position, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and engineering support to the NSWC Corona Telemetry Team, with a focus on integrating advanced satellite communication technologies such as Starlink and Starshield.

**Responsibilities**

+ Maintain, fabricate, and repair radio frequency (RF) electronic components, computer hardware, and satellite communication systems (including Starlink and Starshield).
+ Install and remove telemetry systems onboard US Navy ships, Foreign Navy ships, and various installations throughout the world.
+ Provide support to lead engineers and technicians during telemetry and satellite communication events.
+ Assist in the collection, processing, and archiving of telemetry data.
+ Assist in the modernization, optimization, maintenance, and design of telemetry and satellite communication systems.
+ Fabricate a variety of cables, mounts, and equipment specific to RF and satellite communication needs.
+ Ensure the integration and interoperability of Starlink and Starshield systems with existing telemetry infrastructure.
+ Conduct performance testing and troubleshooting of RF and satellite communication systems.
+ Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and maintenance protocols.

**Required Skills**

+ 4 Years experience working with RF and satellite communication systems (Starlink and Starshield preferred).
+ Must have at a minimum a BS degree in an Engineering discipline (Electrical, Aerospace, or related field) or relevant experience.
+ Excellent writing and verbal communication in English.
+ Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
+ Must be a U.S. Citizen.
+ Must be willing to travel and ride ships underway.
+ Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD SECRET clearance.
+ Must be willing to work on site in Norco, CA.

**Desired Skills**

+ US Navy Knowledge (ET, FC).
+ Experience with Starlink or Starshield systems.
+ Familiarity with telemetry data processing and analysis tools.
+ Additional certifications in RF engineering or satellite communications.

**Pay Range:**

This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA).

The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI’s government contract for the work location.​

**Minimum Req** **uired Hourly Wage:**

$24.70
