Electronic Combat Solutions (ECS) has technology, engineering and program teams that educate and mentor colleagues to deliver leading Electronic Warfare capabilities.

BAE Systems has recently been awarded new programs and is currently undergoing an exciting period of growth.

We have multiple positions in Southern New Hampshire (our locations include Nashua, Hudson, Merrimack and Manchester).

BAE Systems is searching for a Test Engineer with a desire to develop and automated test software solutions.

The ideal candidate must be a motivated self-starter, able to complete assignments with some oversight.

They must be able to dynamically switch focus to accommodate the daily activities of an engineering team supporting a production environment.

This individual should be comfortable providing accurate technical status to program management or direction to individual contributors as part of their job function, as well as interfacing with other engineering disciplines as necessary.

**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ U.S Citizenship with the ability to obtain a clearance
+ BS Degree in STEM or AA degree in STEM with 2 years experience.
+ Experience with debug & troubleshooting software or electronic boards.
+ Experience with testing and setting up test instrumentation.
+ Familiar with NI LabWindows/CVI and TestStand
+ Experienced with documentation and proficient with MS Word and Excel.

**Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills**

+ Experience in supporting factory production test stands, debug, problem isolation, and resolution.
+ Experienced in developing test measurements for production
+ Ability to perform test solution development:

+ BS in Electrical Engineering preferred.
+ Experience with measurement techniques and ability to diagnose and resolve to root cause measurement anomalies.
+ Understanding of Test Hardware (test adapters, cables, tools, and interface modules)
+ Understanding of Test Software (drivers, utilities, executives, and libraries)
+ Understanding of statistical analysis
+ Experience following the test development processes.

+ Proficiency in C, C# is desirable.
+ Possess good communication skills including interpersonal communication and team communication.
+ Takes initiative and has a closure-oriented nature

**Pay Information**
Full-Time Salary Range: $63653 - $108210

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures.

However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
