Our client is currently seeking a qualified **Tier 2 Video Technician** to join their team **onsite** in Seattle, WA and provide end-user support.

This technician will work the hours of 6:00am to 3:00pm.

**Duties and Responsibilities** **:**

+ Drive video conference rooms and Surface Hub systems uptime utilizing daily checks
+ Respond quickly to incidents and assist in person
+ Perform video conferencing hardware and systems repair and build
+ Open, manage, and close / escalate incidents in ServiceNow
+ Monitor incident and preventative maintenance queue
+ Drive systems uptime
+ Continuously improve, train, and shadow

**Skills and Qualifications** **:**

+ Minimum 2+ years of IT experience
+ Experience with Windows, Mac, iOS environment, and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
+ Must be reliable and punctual
+ Must be a team player
+ Must be able to follow directions and be dependable
+ Great verbal and written communication skills
+ Must be mechanically inclined
+ Must be able to lift up to 60lbs and travel the building on foot
+ Will be working with basic set of tools


**Wage Range** :

The rate for this position is between **$22.00 - $31.00 per hour.** Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
