We’re on the lookout for an experienced Tier 3 Help Desk Engineer to join our welcoming and collaborative team in Medford, OR.

What You'll Be Working On:

+ Advanced troubleshooting and resolution of system and network issues

+ Administration and support of Microsoft Entra, Microsoft 365, and enterprise IT infrastructure

+ Networking, server, and systems administration across diverse environments

+ Providing expert-level support and guidance to both technical and non-technical users

+ Collaborating closely with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure top-tier IT performance

What We’re Looking For:

+ Proven experience in a Tier 3 support or senior technical role

+ Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

+ Expertise in Microsoft technologies and modern IT infrastructure

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements • Minimum of 7 years of experience in a Tier 3 support or senior IT role.
• Strong expertise in Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10, Windows Server, and Office 365.
• Solid understanding of networking principles and network administration.
• Experience with disaster recovery planning and execution.
• Advanced problem-solving skills with a focus on diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
• Excellent communication abilities to effectively interact with team members and end-users.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
