**Job Summary:**

Raytheon is seeking an experienced Material Program Manager to join the Tomahawk team for Production supporting MST LRP 3 and ULTRA 1.1 a large, high visibility, fast-paced development program located onsite in Tucson, Arizona.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter capable of developing and achieving program material delivery and financial performance objectives in a matrixed environment and successfully interface with functional and program leadership.

In this highly visible role, you’ll be the liaison between Supply Chain and Program teams.

You’ll create and execute the Program Material Strategy to ensure flawless execution from the front end of the business through contract closure.

The MPM is the single point of contact interfacing with the Program Office and internal customers, Quality, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Contracts.

S/he will represent the Supply Chain organization on policies, strategies, and objectives.

The MPM oversees all Supply Chain Management activities needed to meet program requirements and ensures a strong link between various Supply Chain functions including Purchasing/Sub-Contracts, Logistics and Production Control.

This position supports a product development effort that requires the ability to operate in a challenging and constantly changing environment where successful material strategy execution is a key contributor to overall program success.

**What You Will Do:**

+ Develop and execute Material Program Plans and Supplier Management Plans
+ Cost Account Manager supporting EVMS tasks
+ Plan and execute sourcing decisions and support the Make/Buy/Where process
+ Identify Customer Prime Contract Flow-Downs and obtaining any required Terms Attachments (T-Attachments) and/or Modifications (TCMs)
+ Assist with the generation of Supplier Statements of Work (SSOWs)
+ Oversee all SCM activities needed to meet program requirements, and ensuring a strong link within and between various Supply Chain functions, including Sourcing, Logistics, and Production Control
+ Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to create a common schedule based on Material Requirements Planning (MRP)
+ Monitor performance metrics and proactively address program and functional issues
+ Develop and execute risk/opportunity plans to meet program objectives
+ Generate and process Supplier New Add / Re-Activation requests
+ Drive Purchase Requisition generation & Purchase Order placement/management
+ Participate in supplier engagements and reviews to ensure supplier performance

**Qualifications You Must Have:**

+ Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 8 years prior relevant supply chain experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience

**Qualification We Prefer:**

+ Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain Management or related
+ Experience with Prime Contract Requirements and Statements of Work (SSOWs)
+ Experience with Supply Chain, Production Control, and/or Procurement processes and requirements
+ Proficient with in Microsoft Office software applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel including Pivot Tables)
+ Support complex product development efforts
+ Reporting/communication skills
+ Experience in a matrixed organizational structure
+ Knowledge of Earned Value Management and EVM metrics, processes, and tools

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role.
