About the Role

We're looking for a Senior QA Engineer to take ownership of the test strategy and quality assurance efforts for our Trackman Broadcast Solution—a game-changing platform that powers professional tournament golf broadcasts around the world.

From graphics-enhanced live TV to immersive internet content, we are on a mission to “track every shot” and we need your QA expertise to get us there.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, customer-centric environments, and who has a sharp eye for both technical precision and system-wide stability.

Key Responsibilities

Define, implement and continuously evolve theoverall QA strategyfor the Trackman Broadcast solution, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.

Drive atop-down, system-level testing approach, focusing on end-to-end validation of the broadcast ecosystem.

Establish best practices formanual and automated testingbased on risk and business impact.

Production Environment Oversight

Maintain anoverview of component versionsdeployed for each customer in production.

Work closely withProject Managersto ensure proper version control and compatibility across deployments.

Identify and mitigate risks related to software updates and customer-specific configurations.

Automate tests where it provides real value, reducing repetitive manual effort while maintaining reliability.

Develop and maintainAPI, integration, and UI automation scripts(using cypress, and/or custom frameworks).

Continuously assess automation opportunities and advocate for ROI-driven test automation.

Manual Testing & Validation

Conductmanual testingwhen automation is not feasible, includingworking with a QA Golfer(simulated user) for real-world scenario validation.

Performexploratory, regression, and performance testingto ensure system stability.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Planning

Work withProduct Managers, Developers, and Project Managersto align testing with release cycles.

Communicate test progress, risks, and blockers effectively to stakeholders.

Participate insprint planning, backlog refinement, and risk assessmentmeetings.

Requirements

Qualifications & Skills

5+ years of QA experience, with at least2+ years in a senior role(preferably in broadcast, IoT, or sports tech).

Strong background insystem-level testing(hardware/software integration is a plus).

Experience intest automation(cypress) and CI/CD integration.

Ability toanalyse production environmentsand troubleshoot versioning issues.

Excellentcommunication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Familiarity withAgile/Scrummethodologies.

(Bonus) Experience withTrackman systems, video streaming, or sports data analytics.
