Job Summary:

The primary purpose of this position is to function as a team leader passing medications and providing treatments to individuals receiving services.

Serves as a direct channel of communication between the resident and the Charge Nurse.

Job Requirements:

  • Nursing Assistant (NAR) on the MN State Registry in good standing or the ability and plan to complete Nursing Assistant course work and/or complete skills and written competency testing in accordance with regulations and care center policy.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Successful completion of the MDH approved course, “Medication Administration of Program for Unlicensed Personnel”.
  • Maintains CPR Certification.
