**Minimum qualifications:**

+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 10 years of experience in executive protection.
+ 3 years of experience administering and coordinating training programs for professional teams.

**Preferred qualifications:**

+ Law Enforcement Officers Safety Act (LEOSA) qualified.
+ Experience in developing and delivering professional training curricula.
+ Experience in managing and coordinating with external training vendors.
+ Experience in Program Management with an understanding of metrics and project timelines.
+ Knowledge of security industry and the protocols of protection teams.
+ Knowledge of compliance and certification standards for specialized operational teams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000-$183,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

**Responsibilities**

+ Develop, coordinate, and maintain all training programs, including curriculum development for Executive Protection and Aviation teams and on-boarding for new members.
+ Ensure continuous compliance with all required documentation and certifications, including advanced professional certifications and engagement protocols.
+ Manage vendor relationships for all training, including specialized equipment qualifications and external curriculum.
+ Oversee the programs, ensuring full compliance and management of all associated processes.
+ Evaluate and update existing mandatory training to ensure relevance, effectiveness, and alignment with the team's operational needs.
